Own onboarding and retention for local business clients.

About the role

You will guide new customers through launch, track milestones, and help the team close the loop on feedback.

We need someone who can build playbooks, triage requests, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding calls and implementation updates
  • Build a repeatable success checklist
  • Coordinate between clients, design, and dev teams
  • Track renewals and surface risks early

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management
  • Comfortable with web projects and marketing workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication
