Privacy Policy

We take privacy, security, and transparency seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can manage your information in line with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and Google requirements.

1) Data We Collect

We only collect what we need to deliver and improve our services:

  • Contact details: name, email, phone, business information submitted through forms or chat.
  • Account & billing: subscription choices, payment status (payments are processed by PCI-compliant processors; we do not store full card data).
  • Usage data: pages visited, clicks, device/browser info, approximate location based on IP (for analytics and security).
  • Leads you send us: customer inquiries and form data you direct to us for processing.

2) How We Use Data

We process data to provide our services, improve performance, and comply with law:

  • Deliver websites, hosting, and lead automation you request.
  • Respond to support and sales inquiries.
  • Improve security, reliability, and site performance.
  • Measure campaign performance (Google/analytics tags) with aggregated reporting.
  • Send service updates or marketing you opt into (you can unsubscribe anytime).

3) Legal Bases (GDPR)

We rely on: (a) performance of a contract; (b) legitimate interests (product improvement, security, fraud prevention); (c) consent (marketing, certain cookies); and (d) legal obligations (records, compliance).

4) Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for core functionality and optional analytics/marketing tags (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads remarketing) where enabled. You can manage preferences via your browser settings; EU/EEA users will see consent where required.

5) Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website through usage analytics and session replays (where enabled).

  • What Clarity may collect: pages visited, clicks, scrolls, device/browser information, and approximate location based on IP address.
  • Why we use it: to improve user experience, diagnose issues, and understand which content performs best.
  • Learn more: Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Privacy.
  • Choices: you can limit tracking by disabling cookies in your browser or using privacy tools/extension that block analytics scripts.

6) Sharing

We only share data with service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, analytics, email/SMS providers, payment processors) under confidentiality and data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

7) Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. You can request deletion of personal data; some records may be retained where legally required.

8) Your Rights

  • Access, correct, delete, or port your personal data.
  • Opt out of marketing at any time.
  • Limit or object to processing where applicable.
  • CCPA/CPRA: no sale or sharing of personal data; you may request access or deletion.

9) Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, logging, and regular reviews to protect data. No method is 100% secure, but we continually monitor and harden our environment.

10) International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States or other locations of our providers. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers.
